Our role is advisory-only. All operational decisions are made solely by the client.

2. No Professional or Legal Relationship

Using this website or communicating with LEC does not create:

  • a client-consultant relationship for licensed services
  • a legal or fiduciary relationship
  • a professional engagement without a signed agreement

Clients are responsible for retaining licensed professionals when required.

4. Advisory Engagements

Any paid engagement is governed by a separate, written Scope of Work or Consulting Agreement. If there is a conflict between these Terms and that agreement, the written agreement will prevail for the specific engagement.

  • make decisions independently using LEC’s advisory guidance
  • seek licensed support where required by law
  • maintain compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements

LEC is not responsible for decisions made or outcomes resulting from advisory insights.

6. Intellectual Property
